By downloading or using the FarmVille 3 – Farm Animals application, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You’re not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.

FarmVille 3 – Farm Animals provides a farming simulation experience including animal breeding, farm building, and social interactions. Zynga Inc. is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason.

3. Payment and In-App Purchases

The game is free to download and includes optional in-game purchases (including random items). If you wish to disable in-game purchases, please turn off the in-app purchases in your phone or tablet’s settings. You are responsible for any charges incurred through the App Store or Google Play Store.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights of any nature in the App together with the underlying software code are owned either directly by Zynga Inc. or by its licensors.

5. Limitation of Liability

Zynga Inc. will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, whether physical or digital, that you experience as a result of relying wholly on the functionality of the app. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available or uninterrupted.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms of Service or the application shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within San Francisco County, California.
